PROBLEM

In Spain, Sigmados stands out as a reference in demoscopic studies, drawing on traditional methodologies for analyzing sociological and market dynamics. However, the advancement of technology presents a unique opportunity: to incorporate Artificial Intelligence and data analysis to increase the relevance and accuracy of their studies. With this objective, TrustSurvey was born. An ambitious project that aims to revolutionize its survey panel, now completely digital. The challenge lies in the ability to effectively segment users based on their social media activity, achieving more accurate assignments for each survey.

SOLUTION

At WhiteBox, we developed an advanced social listening tool for Sigmados, capable of closely following (with their consent) the activity of TrustSurvey users on platforms such as X and Facebook. By carefully analyzing this information, we have been able to identify experts in a wide range of fields. By vectorizing their knowledge, we have trained natural language processing models with FastText, allowing precise segmentation according to the interests revealed in their online interactions. This monitoring and analysis ecosystem is based on the Amazon Web Services infrastructure, thus ensuring efficiency and scalability.

It is now possible to link users to specific surveys based on their true expertise in the topics covered.
