The client's team of lawyers spent a considerable amount of time every day mentally filtering publications to match nine specific categories of interest, plus an additional time every week manually drafting informative newsletters for their clients. They needed to optimize this filtering process and the subsequent drafting of informative notes to keep their clients updated, eliminating the severe operational bottleneck caused by this exhaustive human review.
A fully automated ingestion and classification system powered by Artificial Intelligence was designed and implemented. Using Large Language Models (LLMs) deployed in secure cloud environments via Azure Foundry, the system daily processes scraped official publications and automatically classifies them into the predefined nine categories of interest. Through a personalized frontend control panel, users can simply select the relevant, pre-filtered news and automatically generate informative communications that are seamlessly published directly onto the company's SharePoint.
